Do you service residential properties? +
Yes — through our Mitigation & Restoration Division. We respond 24/7 to water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage at residential properties, and handle the full rebuild back to pre-loss condition. We also work directly with most insurance carriers.
Do you handle demolition? +
Yes. Our Demolition Division handles selective interior demo, full-structure tear-downs, concrete removal, and site prep — including permits, dust control, dumpsters, and haul-off. We work on both commercial and residential properties.
How fast can you respond to an emergency? +
We target on-site arrival under 60 minutes for true emergencies (water, power, HVAC down in occupied space) in the Pittsburgh, Columbus, and Akron metros. 24/7 dispatch out of whichever of our three branches is closest to your site.
Can you hold a service contract for multiple sites? +
Yes. We offer preventive maintenance agreements with per-site SLAs, consolidated monthly invoicing, and a single account manager across your portfolio — even when the portfolio spans PA, OH, and WV.
Are your techs W-2 employees? +
Yes. Our trades are in-house — background-checked, drug-tested, and covered under our GL/WC. We don't rotate strangers through your building.
How do estimates and invoicing work? +
Written scope and number before work starts on anything above a minimum service call. Itemized invoices with photos, time, and materials — no bundled "misc." lines.
